Dilly is Jill Costello's yearling filly by Donavan out of a Thoroughbred mare, Dots In Orbit, aka Kitty. Dilly is waiting for Jill to come home from Iraq, where she is an MP in the Army. They will go to Fort Hood, Texas together.

Kitty is now the best friend and riding partner of ten-year-old Megan Oslidil. They have just started jumping together, among other activities.

Jill eventually plans to compete at eventing with Dilly.
