Introducing Davy Crockett, 2003 colt by ES Donavan out of MMBWinpenny(Weltbekannt).

Davy has shown since foaling that he has the temperament, talent and charisma of Donavan. He is very correct, and  his pedigree is impeccable. We call him Donavan's clone.

The Tates, Candace and Jessica Jo feels strongly about his potential and is now in partnership with The Donavan Group in owning and raising this fine youngster.

Davy and his Dam, Winpenny, were purchased by The Donavan Group @Riverland Farm when he was only 2 months old, from his breeder Nancy Bowlus, in Maryland.

Winpenny is now owned by Valerie Ahl and has since had 2 more full brothers to Davy. Both are very nice colts!!

Scroll down to see how he is progressing!

May 7, 2007. JJ Tate  has now shown Davy in his first 2 Shows, and results are amazing! This 4 year old earned a 65+%  in his very first class, and then a 71 +%  in his second class, for a second place and qualifying score for the Regional finals.  He had a 9 on his trot ..and several 8's  one for gaits! The judges loved him and praised him as elastic and  very promising.  And , I just rode him myself in Florida and he is such a level headed youngster that even this amateur can ride him and take lessons on him.
